Deep and unwavering self-love is the foundation of great RELATIONSHIPS, successful and sustainable CAREERS, FUN, RELAXATION and a solid WELL-BEING.
I use the word “self-love” to talk about all of the flavors of a positive relationship to yourself.

This workshop is definitely for you if you:
* easily lose yourself in relationships with a partner, friends, family, collegues
* feel difficulties expressing your needs and your boundaries to other people
* struggle with emotional eating or other addictions
* often feel stressed
* often feel insufficient or faulty
* don’t take care of your body in a way that you’d like to
* often feel sad, depressed or restless, anxious
It’s also for you if you’re just purely curious and feel like boosting your self-love wouldn’t do any harm! 😉
In this workshop…
We’ll focus on PRACTICES for more self-LOVE – COMPASSION – ACCEPTANCE – KINDNESS – RESPECT.
I’ll give you a few different practices on the DOing-level and the BEing-level. No yogapants needed, but it’s good to be comfortable. 🙂

You only need your usual web-browser to be able to watch and send live questions at the workshop, so no extra apps or downloads are needed!
Before you sign up for this workshop, know that this will be my first time communicating this way online, it’s a test-session, so I can’t guarantee that everything will run smoothly. We may experience tech-problems, me forgetting how to speak English or any other aggravating issue.
